What do you like best? Greenhouse is a tool which is very intuitive. You do not need an extensive on boarding to understand how the tool is working because it's very self explaining. The whole "look" and structure is really nice and modern especially compared to the tool we used before. What do you like best? I think the robust API objects and methods is the strongest benefit of Greenhouse and by far my favorite aspect of Greenhouse. Good but not Great

What do you like best? It's easy to use for candidates and the application process is quick and simple What do you dislike? The reporting features are really lacking. As Recruiter on jobs I cannot get an overview of activity (interviews with Hiring Mgrs or other members of the hiring team) on my dashboard. I have had this feature before in other ATS. Greenhouse has a lot going for it but definitely some difficult shortcomings

What do you like best? I do believe their are some good options around customization but have yet to see it used correctly. Our AM has been doing his best to be helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the ease of the backend of the system, how I can make changes quickly. I love the scorecards and ease of finding candidates after we have interviewed them in the past. What do you like best? The flexibility, ease of use and simplicity of this system is the most important aspect of Greenhouse. The Perfect ATS

What do you like best? Highly customizable, great analytics, fantastic implantation (so rare!), great customer service. It’s fairly intuitive which makes it easy for me to train users. There’s nothing I don’t love about this system. What do you dislike? It doesn’t integrate with our HRIS, but I love Greenhouse so much, we are just planning to get a different HRIS.
