What do you like best? Greenhouse is a tool which is very intuitive. You do not need an extensive on boarding to understand how the tool is working because it's very self explaining. The whole "look" and structure is really nice and modern especially compared to the tool we used before. Intuitive & Efficient

What do you like best? Greenhouse is easy to use and it is easy to train others to use. It has great reporting functionality which makes our regular reports easy to produce. Being able to handle all communications with applicants through the system, and in bulk, is a massive time saver. What do you dislike? Good but not Great

What do you like best? It's easy to use for candidates and the application process is quick and simple What do you dislike? The reporting features are really lacking. As Recruiter on jobs I cannot get an overview of activity (interviews with Hiring Mgrs or other members of the hiring team) on my dashboard. I have had this feature before in other ATS. Greenhouse has a lot going for it but definitely some difficult shortcomings

What do you like best? I do believe their are some good options around customization but have yet to see it used correctly. Our AM has been doing his best to be helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how intuitive the platform is. I am able to easily navigate the platform. Not to mention, there is an integration for every possible software which makes the experience seamless for employees and candidates alike. What do you dislike? Inaccurate representation of candidate profiles

Unfortuantely Greenhouse software is incomplete and allows for inaccurate representation of candidates. The way the software is set-up it only allows for candidates to choose from a pre-selected drop-down menu.Don't use this software if you are interested in hiring the most qualified candidates - especially problematic for candidates who have studied/ worked overseas.
