What do you like best? UX and UI is great, lots of automation tools, easy to install, workflows are seamless What do you dislike? What do you like best? Greenhouse is a tool which is very intuitive. You do not need an extensive on boarding to understand how the tool is working because it's very self explaining. What do you like best? I think the robust API objects and methods is the strongest benefit of Greenhouse and by far my favorite aspect of Greenhouse. What do you like best? It's easy to use for candidates and the application process is quick and simple What do you dislike? The reporting features are really lacking. As Recruiter on jobs I cannot get an overview of activity (interviews with Hiring Mgrs or other members of the hiring team) on my dashboard. I have had this feature before in other ATS.
