What do you like best? I love that all the feedback in one place. No more chasing down feedback. Also, the scheduling feature has helped reduce back and forth with candidates. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Greenhouse is easy to use and it is easy to train others to use. It has great reporting functionality which makes our regular reports easy to produce. What do you like best? The scorecards which provide transparent and quick feedback in the hiring process. What do you dislike? The "new look" of scheduling interviews is not nice.
