What do you like best? There are so many features that make my job easier; customization, bulk edits, building reports, reminder features to name a few. Good decision to pick GH

What do you like best? I love that all the feedback in one place. No more chasing down feedback. Also, the scheduling feature has helped reduce back and forth with candidates. What do you dislike? I am very disappointed that the scheduling is not integrated with Teams meetings. This has caused me to do a workaround that is not optimal and causes duplicity of effort. Teams is widely used and since pandemic, it's the only way we conduct interviews anymore. So, it's a major point. ...

Intuitive & Efficient

What do you like best? Greenhouse is easy to use and it is easy to train others to use. It has great reporting functionality which makes our regular reports easy to produce. What do you like best? The scorecards which provide transparent and quick feedback in the hiring process. What do you dislike? The "new look" of scheduling interviews is not nice. The "old view" was much better because you were able to see the candidates availability on the right side of the screen to remind you when he/she was available.
