What do you like best? I love that all the feedback in one place. No more chasing down feedback. Also, the scheduling feature has helped reduce back and forth with candidates. What do you dislike? I am very disappointed that the scheduling is not integrated with Teams meetings. This has caused me to do a workaround that is not optimal and causes duplicity of effort. What do you like best? The scorecards which provide transparent and quick feedback in the hiring process. What do you dislike? The "new look" of scheduling interviews is not nice. The "old view" was much better because you were able to see the candidates availability on the right side of the screen to remind you when he/she was available. What do you like best? I think the robust API objects and methods is the strongest benefit of Greenhouse and by far my favorite aspect of Greenhouse.
