Greenhouse has a lot going for it but definitely some difficult shortcomings

What do you like best? I do believe their are some good options around customization but have yet to see it used correctly. Our AM has been doing his best to be helpful. What do you dislike? Intuitive & Efficient

What do you like best? Greenhouse is easy to use and it is easy to train others to use. It has great reporting functionality which makes our regular reports easy to produce. Being able to handle all communications with applicants through the system, and in bulk, is a massive time saver. What do you dislike? Easy, transparent, must have

What do you like best? The scorecards which provide transparent and quick feedback in the hiring process. What do you dislike? The "new look" of scheduling interviews is not nice. The "old view" was much better because you were able to see the candidates availability on the right side of the screen to remind you when he/she was available. What do you like best? I like how intuitive the platform is. I am able to easily navigate the platform. Not to mention, there is an integration for every possible software which makes the experience seamless for employees and candidates alike. What do you dislike? Inaccurate representation of candidate profiles

Unfortuantely Greenhouse software is incomplete and allows for inaccurate representation of candidates. The way the software is set-up it only allows for candidates to choose from a pre-selected drop-down menu.Don't use this software if you are interested in hiring the most qualified candidates - especially problematic for candidates who have studied/ worked overseas.

Great ATS with constant productive updates!

What do you like best? The ease of use to create custom fields, as well as being very adaptable to other systems we have in place What do you dislike? The reporting Feature has come a long way since we first were using GH. I would love the ability to attach skills in bulk if I am trying to add a group of salespeople for instance. What do you like best? Highly customizable, great analytics, fantastic implantation (so rare!), great customer service. It’s fairly intuitive which makes it easy for me to train users.
