I have worked in many other larger Enterprise ATS systems that I spent more time managing than actually recruiting or interviewing candidates. The Perfect ATS
What do you like best? Highly customizable, great analytics, fantastic implantation (so rare!), great customer service. It’s fairly intuitive which makes it easy for me to train users. There’s nothing I don’t love about this system. What do you dislike? It doesn’t integrate with our HRIS, but I love Greenhouse so much, we are just planning to get a different HRIS. Great ATS with constant productive updates!
What do you like best? The ease of use to create custom fields, as well as being very adaptable to other systems we have in place What do you dislike? The reporting Feature has come a long way since we first were using GH. I would love the ability to attach skills in bulk if I am trying to add a group of salespeople for instance. Last time I checked that was not available. It would greatly increase our usage of the feature, especially as skills are not "validated" so a range of ...

Nice and intuitive
What do you like best? - integration with Linkedin. As far as I know, Greenhouse is one of those unicorns that integrate with Linkedin Recruiter. Any candidate you approached and message you wrote, you will be able to find it on GH. - intuitive design. I've used multiple applicant tracking systems, but Greenhouse is the most intuitive tool there is.
What do you like best? I love how intuitive Greenhouse is. It is easy to learn how to use the tool. What do you dislike? The reporting is my least favorite. The reporting tool would be best if we had a Data Analyst and purchase the BI tool. Our own Data Analyst doesn't have time for our reports, so we're stuck with trying to build a report that gives us all the data and look aesthetically pleasing. I have been a Greenhouse user for over 2 years now and can strongly recommend this system.
What do you like best? It keeps up with trends, information is always up to date and user friendly. It allows for a plethora of integrations, and I have had a wonderful experience thus far with customer success. It's a system that is constantly evolving and listening to their customers of what works and what doesn't. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to text candidates through the system. Greenhouse is a very comprehensive tool and overall great.
What do you like best? It houses all of the information about our prospects/candidates in a customizable stage system. Plus it has pretty nice internal reporting. What do you dislike? I think it can be a little too restrictive integrating with other platforms. Being unable to add certain custom fields. There are ways to still transfer data through but it's not quite as clean. Intuitive design easily adopted by users
