Worst, least intuitive User Interface of any software I use

What do you like best? I like their logo and name. I think that's about it. What do you dislike? There are applications I use on a daily basis that I love and the common denominator of the various applications I enjoy using is simple, intuitive user interface. Greenhouse is not one of them. What do you like best? The platform allows for easy collaboration and note taking of candidates. What do you dislike? The job post sharing functionality could have more features. For example, the platform can allow users to select specific roles or departmental roles and schedule the job posting on social media during certain times of a week. Excellent resource for recruiting/ATS

What do you like best? Greenhouse is user-friendly. It didn't take me long at all to understand the ins and outs of the software. I like the interface and how it helps keeps me and all hiring managers/teams on schedule. It's also an excellent resource for job postings. I'm able to update scorecards which hiring teams stay focused on what to look for in each candidate. Easy to navigate with some hang ups

What do you like best? I like that greenhouse is very clear and makes it easy to pass folks through the hiring pipeline or reject them. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The convenience and ease to learn the system. This system offers functionality for almost all on-boarding requirements. While I am new to the program it seems like a keeper. What do you like best? It is very easy to track the status of the referrals and easy to share the job description on Linkedin. What do you dislike? Only HR can see the job description but not the employees. That is not convenient if you need to read the detailed job description so that you can contact or invite the right person to apply.
