Useful for basic tracking, not great for interviewing

What do you like best? I think that Greenhouse has a great system for tracking applicants. It's pretty easy to upload resumes and to review who has already been submitted. I also like that you can follow the resumes that you have submitted to see how the participant is doing in the recruitment and interview process. Very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

What do you like best? Love the clean look and feel. It's build logically, which makes it easy to find what you're looking for. What do you dislike? One minor dislike is that the scorecard has 5 options from, "strong yes", "yes", "mixed", "no", "strong no". I think it could be simplified to "yes" "mixed" and "no", but that's a minor personal preference.
