Outstanding applicant tracking system
What do you like best? Very straightforward to use and nice search interface through our many candidates. What do you dislike? Nothing major though the permissioning can be a bit of a pain if we rotate interviewers for the same role. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Greenhouse allows us to post job listings, accept and track candidates and add feedback from various interviewers.

Amazing Recruiting Platform
What do you like best? I love the ability to track applicants on the dashboard, and run Checkr background checks easily with the seamless integration they have. What do you dislike? Greenhouse sometimes made me start a form over, but because I failed to use the dashboard correctly. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use Greenhouse, it really helps! Worst, least intuitive User Interface of any software I use
What do you like best? I like their logo and name. I think that's about it. What do you dislike? There are applications I use on a daily basis that I love and the common denominator of the various applications I enjoy using is simple, intuitive user interface. Greenhouse is not one of them. I never know where I am in this application because there are often 5 different navigation menus, from primary to tertiary horizontal navigation to primary and secondary vertical navigation. ...

What do you like best? The platform allows for easy collaboration and note taking of candidates. What do you dislike? The job post sharing functionality could have more features. For example, the platform can allow users to select specific roles or departmental roles and schedule the job posting on social media during certain times of a week. Excellent resource for recruiting/ATS
What do you like best? Greenhouse is user-friendly. It didn't take me long at all to understand the ins and outs of the software. I like the interface and how it helps keeps me and all hiring managers/teams on schedule. It's also an excellent resource for job postings. I'm able to update scorecards which hiring teams stay focused on what to look for in each candidate. What do you like best? The convenience and ease to learn the system. This system offers functionality for almost all on-boarding requirements. While I am new to the program it seems like a keeper. Easy to navigate with some hang ups
What do you like best? I like that greenhouse is very clear and makes it easy to pass folks through the hiring pipeline or reject them. What do you dislike? Some of the templates are confusing and it can be difficult to get accurate EEOC data What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The ease of use and intuitive layout helps me quickly navigate and get to the right page. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike here. Overall a pretty solid product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring the right candidate is the most important aspect of impacting the business. Greenhouse lets us normalize the hiring and evaluation process across candidates to allow efficient comparison.

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to refer new hires, track the recruitment process, and conduct performance evaluations. It's super intuitive and a clean user interface.
