Gets the job done, but leaves more to be desired

What do you like best? Greenhouse makes it very simple to refer candidates for positions and post open positions on social profiles , which is an effective driver of referrals. What do you dislike? Best ATS

What do you like best? It's cloud-based and designed with the user in mind. What do you dislike? The candidate scorecard could be more concise. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Before Greenhouse, it was impossible to track a candidate's process and coordinate with other interviewers on the same candidate. Also, our previous system did not do a good job of restricting access to candidate info. Greenhouse solved all of these issues.

Very automated, easy to learn system for tracking applicants

What do you like best? I love how much can be tracked, along with all of the integrations with other systems. It's a huge step up from previous systems that I've used. Functional but not a great user experience

What do you like best? I think Greenhouse works well for both recruiters and nonrecruiters, including hiring managers and other people involved in the interview process. Outstanding applicant tracking system

What do you like best? Very straightforward to use and nice search interface through our many candidates. What do you dislike? Nothing major though the permissioning can be a bit of a pain if we rotate interviewers for the same role. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Greenhouse allows us to post job listings, accept and track candidates and add feedback from various interviewers.
