Greenhouse has streamlined our recruitment
What do you like best? Greenhouse has made our recruitment very easy to manage. It helps us know which candidates are where in the process, everyone can see all communications to candidates, and we can send anonymous take home tests. We're able to implement best practices around diversity and inclusion in hiring. It's so intuitive and easy to use that we've found we don't even need to train new employees on it. Easy to use ATS with lots of customizable options
What do you like best? Easy to train new users and get hiring managers involved in hiring for their roles. Very collaborative approach and can customize most things depending on user and role and organization. Templates for everything are super useful. What do you dislike? Reports can be confusing and hard to find the information you need. Some parts of the UI are not super intuitive when you first start using it but are relatively easy to learn over time. Recruiting software for tech companies
What do you like best? The ability to connect jobs to social media like Twitter and LinkedIn. This feature allows you to see how many posts about the job are out there, how many candidates there are for the job and how many have been hired. What do you like best? Candidates can quickly be moved through stagegates. Resume and LinkedIn readily available. Easy to see notes and "thumbs up or thumbs down" from co-workers, which eliminates bias and saves time because we avoid long meetings to debrief. What do you dislike? Great if you like data analytics
What do you like best? The data portion and all in one recruiting platform What do you dislike? Can get confusing when you have a team as there are many things to do. What do you like best? One of the best features of the app is the ability to track and keep progress on referrals. In the past, it was mostly done via email and word of mouth but with an online tracker, it allows you easily refer back to referrals during the hiring process. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I can add my referrals and also connect my social media accounts to post job link and its linked to my profile and I get rewarded should the applicant gets the job.
