Easy and scalable
What do you like best? The reporting features! Greenhouse makes it easy to check on pipeline health and plenty of other reports that make communication between hiring managers easy and direct. What do you like best? I love how well Greenhouse maps to the recruiting process I've built for Calendly. The way we approach vetting molds perfectly with their scorecard system. Easy to use ATS with lots of customizable options
What do you like best? Easy to train new users and get hiring managers involved in hiring for their roles. Very collaborative approach and can customize most things depending on user and role and organization. Templates for everything are super useful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Simply put, Greenhouse is easy to use, has a great UI, is very intuitive. Being able to customize and change interview loops as needed makes hiring that much easier. What do you dislike? The feedback survey that is sent to candidates is great, but wish we could customize it. What do you like best? The ability to connect jobs to social media like Twitter and LinkedIn. This feature allows you to see how many posts about the job are out there, how many candidates there are for the job and how many have been hired. What do you like best? Candidates can quickly be moved through stagegates. Resume and LinkedIn readily available. Easy to see notes and "thumbs up or thumbs down" from co-workers, which eliminates bias and saves time because we avoid long meetings to debrief. What do you dislike?
