What do you like best? IT'S VERY USER FRIENDLY. NEW HIRING MANAGERS, INTERVIEWERS AND RECRUITERS ARE IN THERE ALL THE TIME AND IT'S INCREDIBLY INTUITIVE. VERY LITTLE TRAINING NECESSARY. What do you like best? We manage a variety of brand accounts, and Greenhouse has made the ability to do this simple and straightforward. The backend gives us the ability to make the ATS work for our process. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Simply put, Greenhouse is easy to use, has a great UI, is very intuitive. Being able to customize and change interview loops as needed makes hiring that much easier. What do you dislike? The feedback survey that is sent to candidates is great, but wish we could customize it.
