An awesome ATS

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Since I'm a hiring manager, I like how I can directly collaborate with the team responsible for recruiting. If facing issues with a candidate or changes have been made for an event, they're all tracked in the GH. The scoring/notes system is easy to leran. Four years using the system and really love it

What do you like best? How easy it is to use and know where your candidates are. The reporting side and how it connect with Google is amazing and very useful What do you dislike? Streamlined reports, easy to use

What do you like best? The ability to customise reports, features available to search all employees easily What do you dislike? Sometimes reports take a while to load, platform isn’t that easy on the eye. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to onboard employees easily, can gather new hire information without being invasive.

GH Review

What do you like best? Pretty straightforward to use, even without training What do you dislike? The platform is a bit data. There are areas where you have to set reports, click save, click apply, it would make more sense if you hit save and it was automatically applied. Best recruiting platform.

What do you like best? The fact the I have visibility on the candidates for my team, including every information needed beforehand so you get yourself prepared for the interview, plus that you get to track your teams hiring and feedback from other interviewers on each candidate. What do you like best? I like the dashboard layout. It makes it easy to track applicants I need to follow up with and make notes on. What do you dislike? I haven't experienced anything yet that I disliked What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's streamlining our talent group, making it easier to easily track feedback.

Powerful, but slightly clunky ATS

What do you like best? It can do everything, integrates with plenty of other products. Generally very robust What do you dislike? Support is highly frustrating. Email only and you usually need to bypass 1st level support to get a real answer. Once you get beyond 1st level they are usually great but takes a while. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? End to end Applicant Tracking, plenty of automation. Easy to use across the business
