What do you like best? I like the dashboard layout. It makes it easy to track applicants I need to follow up with and make notes on. What do you dislike? I haven't experienced anything yet that I disliked What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's streamlining our talent group, making it easier to easily track feedback.

Powerful, but slightly clunky ATS

What do you like best? It can do everything, integrates with plenty of other products. Generally very robust What do you dislike? Support is highly frustrating. Email only and you usually need to bypass 1st level support to get a real answer. Once you get beyond 1st level they are usually great but takes a while. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? End to end Applicant Tracking, plenty of automation. Easy to use across the business

BEST ATS OUT THERE

What do you like best? IT'S VERY USER FRIENDLY. NEW HIRING MANAGERS, INTERVIEWERS AND RECRUITERS ARE IN THERE ALL THE TIME AND IT'S INCREDIBLY INTUITIVE. VERY LITTLE TRAINING NECESSARY. GETTING THROUGH THE ENTIRE PIPELINE IN GREENHOUSE IS POSSIBLE What do you dislike? WE SOMETIMES HAVE EMAIL DELIVERABILITY ISSUES FROM THERE EMAIL INTEGRATION. The right fit for our firm.

What do you like best? The implementation process was clearly documented. We were able to set the system up in a matter of weeks. It is easy to modify and customize. What do you dislike? I would like to have some generic buckets to sort candidates into that are not associated with a specific job. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The ease of use of Greenhouse is incredible! It makes my day-to-day so simple and smooth. Despite a million things going on, being able to work through an easy system is the best thing. What do you dislike? I wish the reporting capabilities were more robust (a concern we have raised before and is being improved every quarter!). A versatile, scalable ATS

What do you like best? We manage a variety of brand accounts, and Greenhouse has made the ability to do this simple and straightforward. The backend gives us the ability to make the ATS work for our process. What do you dislike? I wish the CRM was more robust to give us a better ability to track our conversations and build pipelines for the future. Right now its a pretty basic system without a lot of features. Greenhouse has streamlined our recruitment

What do you like best? Greenhouse has made our recruitment very easy to manage. It helps us know which candidates are where in the process, everyone can see all communications to candidates, and we can send anonymous take home tests. We're able to implement best practices around diversity and inclusion in hiring. It's so intuitive and easy to use that we've found we don't even need to train new employees on it. Best ATS on the market.

What do you like best? Greenhouse is extremely customizable and handles every type of request our Talent team needs. They provide a connector to Redshift which allows for more detailed analytics. Very structured product that logs interview feedback clearly and in a way that users find friendly.
