What do you like best? Greenhouse's best feature is by far the customization and detailed feedback. Everything can be customized and standardized, such as your interview line up, the questions each interviewer asks, the qualifications, the personality traits, etc. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Since I'm a hiring manager, I like how I can directly collaborate with the team responsible for recruiting. If facing issues with a candidate or changes have been made for an event, they're all tracked in the GH. The scoring/notes system is easy to leran. What do you like best? How easy it is to use and know where your candidates are. The reporting side and how it connect with Google is amazing and very useful What do you dislike? What do you like best? Pretty straightforward to use, even without training What do you dislike? The platform is a bit data. There are areas where you have to set reports, click save, click apply, it would make more sense if you hit save and it was automatically applied. What do you like best? The fact the I have visibility on the candidates for my team, including every information needed beforehand so you get yourself prepared for the interview, plus that you get to track your teams hiring and feedback from other interviewers on each candidate. What do you like best? It can do everything, integrates with plenty of other products. Generally very robust What do you dislike? Support is highly frustrating. Email only and you usually need to bypass 1st level support to get a real answer. Once you get beyond 1st level they are usually great but takes a while.
