What do you like best? The Greenhouse user interface lets you easily move candidates from one hiring stage to the next, and it ensures that everyone who interviews a given candidate submits their feedback so it is preserved. Lots of customization which is great, however, sometimes hard to navigate

What do you like best? Greenhouse allows you to completely customize almost everything from the job board to user permissions, to workflows for different roles and even reporting! This level of customization is great and can allow you to get pretty granular with your recruiting process and workflows. What do you dislike? An easy-to-use ATS with a modern concept.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? GreenHouse isn't really hard to use. Its got a majority of the features you'll want in today's ATS. It functions reasonably well with online posts, referrals, and social media. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It lacks the overly easy-to-use referral medium for staff/employees like that of Lever. It so happens their LinkedIn and Chrome extension isn't as robust as I thought. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how I can monitor the hiring process whenever I refer someone as I receive referrals via e-mail to keep us updated. The process of adding a referral in the system is a really smooth. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There have been instances where the people I refer people aren't clear. What do you like best? I like that I am able to submit a referral and get updated each step of the way through their interview process. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It is very user friendly and intuitive once you use it everyday. The site is organized by what you want to do and how to get there. They have great instructional videos for those who are new to Greenhouse and need a crash course on how to navigate the site and your permissions. What do you like best? Greenhouse is what you make of it. I love that it allows you to build out the features that are important to you and to create the type of ATS that your particular company needs What do you dislike?
