PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? GreenHouse isn't really hard to use. Its got a majority of the features you'll want in today's ATS. It functions reasonably well with online posts, referrals, and social media. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It lacks the overly easy-to-use referral medium for staff/employees like that of Lever. It so happens their LinkedIn and Chrome extension isn't as robust as I thought. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how I can monitor the hiring process whenever I refer someone as I receive referrals via e-mail to keep us updated. What do you like best? It is very user friendly and intuitive once you use it everyday. The site is organized by what you want to do and how to get there. What do you like best? Greenhouse is what you make of it. I love that it allows you to build out the features that are important to you and to create the type of ATS that your particular company needs What do you dislike?
