Great product with Outstanding Customer Support

What do you like best? Greenhouse has a clean and easy-to-navigate UI, with lots of room for customization! The product ops and customer support teams were great about helping us setup our integrations and launch Greenhouse last summer. I would definitely recommend Greenhouse to any small-mid size companies that need an easy way to automate their hiring processes. What do you dislike? 1. Reports center is not as robust as other ATS that I've worked with in the past. 2. Pipeline ...

The only ATS I've used and the only one I'll ever want to use.

What do you like best? Greenhouse is extremely customizable and is very user-friendly. I think the Greenhouse team makes thoughtful product updates and adds unique features. What do you dislike? I don't want to write anything here but it's making me? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're implementing a more structured hiring process and providing a positive candidate experience.

Great process support and API functionality; still potential for easier UI and better reporting

What do you like best? Greenhouse supports all our hiring processes and is very customizable. We use it in over 10 countries worldwide and are able to create custom processes for all cuntries. What do you dislike? There is no canban board which makes is difficult to keep track of all candidates in one job. The reporting functionality is limited to a set of fields and not that customizable. Also, it would be great to track sourcing efforts even better. What problems are you ...

Greenhouse is great!

What do you like best? Greenhouse is very customizable down to the job level. Our use case is fairly complicated so being able to make it feel like each area of our company is unique and has their own scorecards, interview plan when needed, etc What do you dislike? I wish it was easier to get to the data that I want in the way that I want to see it. Reporting is a bit limited and I do have BI Connector but am not skilled enough at the schema to get what I want there. ...

Greenhouse helped me move quickly on candidates and become a better recruiter

What do you like best? Recruiting can be like diving into a rabbit hole. Thankfully, Greenhouse makes things simple with solid workflows, thoughtful design and a fast, modern platform. I think the real-time reporting is awesome, and the analytics helped me manage my time (and expectations) throughout the process. I was not only able to find great people, but also reduce my own biases, ensuring a fairer process for everyone involved. What do you dislike? It would be great is if ...

Greenhouse is very user friendly.

What do you like best? Greenhouse is easy to navigate and there are lots of self-help tools offered. I also like my customer success manager Karlan. He is very responsive and always solution-oriented. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting requires extra digging. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Greenhouse is helping us to capture demographic information on all candidates who wish to identify.

It's easy to view, move, and interview candidates

What do you like best? Scheduling and emailing candidates is incredibly easy What do you dislike? I wish, once I submitted a scorecard for an assessment, it brought me back to the candidates application. I also wish that hiring managers could transfer and submit one of their candidates to another job posting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's helping us track our reporting on where our candidates are coming from and how ...

User friendly application system that supports structured hiring.

What do you like best? I like that Greenhouse is user friendly and that it's a highly customizable interview process. Adding in attributes and required skills into scorecards helps to ensure we are making objective hiring decisions. What do you dislike? There is room for more automating, specifically around scheduling. It's also difficult to find a help desk feature in case you have questions. It would be nice if you could include interview agenda's within the calendar invites. It ...

Excellent ATS for midsized and small employers. Potentially good for large enterprise.

What do you like best? Excellent interview scorecard and candidate workflow configurability. Very good recruiter user experience. Good market share with mostly positive sentiment from recruiters who have used it previously. Granular control of user permissions and data access. Good APIs for integrations. What do you dislike? Custom reports module has limitations, although it is gradually getting better. Conditional approval routings are limited compared to other more mature ATS ...
