What do you like best? Greenhouse is extremely user-friendly and their support mechanisms are efficient. What do you dislike? Greenhouse is very user friendly.

What do you like best? Greenhouse is easy to navigate and there are lots of self-help tools offered. I also like my customer success manager Karlan. He is very responsive and always solution-oriented. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting requires extra digging. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? User friendly application system that supports structured hiring.

What do you like best? I like that Greenhouse is user friendly and that it's a highly customizable interview process. Adding in attributes and required skills into scorecards helps to ensure we are making objective hiring decisions. What do you dislike?
