What do you like best? Greenhouse is one of the most user-friendly softwares I've seen. We moved to GH from another system, and just the intuitiveness of GH alone was enough to sell me on it. Add it amazing reporting capabilities, that we use all the time, and a clear cut way to implement structured hiring process, it's an easy recommendation. Greenhouse is very user friendly.

What do you like best? Greenhouse is easy to navigate and there are lots of self-help tools offered. I also like my customer success manager Karlan. He is very responsive and always solution-oriented. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting requires extra digging. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? User friendly application system that supports structured hiring.

What do you like best? I like that Greenhouse is user friendly and that it's a highly customizable interview process. Adding in attributes and required skills into scorecards helps to ensure we are making objective hiring decisions. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Excellent interview scorecard and candidate workflow configurability. Very good recruiter user experience. What do you like best? Greenhouse is a standard ATS system. I like how Greenhouse tracks interview feedback and that there are a decent amount of email templates to select from.
