What do you like best? I like that it assigns scorecards and automatically send them out. It helps with getting quicker, more organized feedback from our interview team. What do you dislike? I do not like how many different ways you can create roles - it makes collecting data very complicated. It does not allow me to create milestones that I could easily use for better reporting.
