GoToWebinar a productivity tool for all B2B functions

What do you like best? This software is very intuitive to use. Interoperability between platforms is critical What do you dislike? Sometime the email confirmations with links to the Webinar don't work directly. I may need to enter the actual number in the email into my browser What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time savings of having to travel to a conference room to hear the content of an important topic.

Great webinar tool, easy to set up and execute

What do you like best? I mostly like how easy GoToWebinar is to set up and customize. We love the integration with Hubspot, so we can make our own registrations pages and link it straight to GoToWebinar. I also like the reminder emails that are sent, I just wish we could customize them more. What do you dislike? I wish we could brand/customize the registration page a bit more. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? GoToWebinar works perfectly, even though there are some things that need improvements, it gets the job done. There is little lag time when broadcasting compared to other software that streams content. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We have found great solution to host a webinar, send out invitations, save and share the webinars. GoToWebinar has great price and it depends upon the number of attendees. If you want to have successful sales then creating a webinar is a must, because you can share the idea/content/product directly to your customers. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Worked great

What do you like best? Easy use, no glitching, clear audio! Can use the app on your phone on the go. What do you dislike? When other members called in, it was sometimes hard to hear them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Online orientation for those who can’t make it in person!

Easy Peasy

What do you like best? Super easy to use. No super long links to write down, one click and you're on! What do you dislike? Not the best when using a mobile device if you want to chat and listen. Recommendations to others considering the product: Love that it is easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to replay anything I missed the first time through a webinar.

Need some improvements

What do you like best? I can download the Questions log of the session which helps a lot after the meeting. The sound check ensures there is no audio problem during the meeting. What do you dislike? I can't see the number of attendees, their names who are attending the session. There is no provision to send a separate private message to any of the attendees (except the host). Should have a facility to swap the audio connection type from System speaker to Mobile number ...
