Easy to use product

What do you like best? I like how universal this product is. It's very easy for any person to start a webinar in. What do you dislike? I don't like how you can't include an attachment when you send out a follow-up e-mail. If someone wants the PowerPoint after the webinar. You are unable to send it to them as an attachment. What do you like best? Quick and easy download, ease of use. I really enjoyed the interactive elements and clean interface as well. What do you dislike? I’m always hesitant to have to download something to my computer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
