Not the best webinar platform out there
What do you like best? They have decent pricing for the product and it can be easy to use if you use all of their pre set emails. What do you dislike? Terrible integration with Marketo. The API was always broken and it created more manual work than it automated. Recommendations to others considering the product: Read the reviews on how it integrated with other softwares you’re using- not worth it for Marketo. What problems are you solving with the product? I’ve only used it as an attendee, never a presenter, but I’ve never experienced any negatives. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s great to see everyone’s faces in a group meetings. So much better than a conference call!

I appreciate the addition of the auto-record feature on live webinars as well. What do you dislike? The new web interface is a little confusing at first - where to access your event survey responses, etc takes a moment to figure out. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...
