What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The setup was smooth and easy. Up and operational in a very short amount of time. The price is very reasonable for the variety of features that come with the system by default. Support was extremely easy to work with as well.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? We made the switch from another VOIP system to Jive and could not be happier. The system is so much more robust than what we had prior to this. The Jive system offers the best for what you get and the customer service is top notch.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Jive has allowed me to connect to our CRM and log each and every call, the auto call recording feature that backs up to AWS S3, is great. We are able to keep the calls for quality assurance and if need be, we can recover the conversation to listen to. The Jive UI is easy to navigate and you don't need a degree in Jiveology to figure it out, if you run into an issue a friendly Jive Rep is just a call or chat session away.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Jive is predictable, uptime and call quality are right on target! Scrambling calls...I've done this with a few different merchants and seen it take days or even weeks, however with Jive (accepting you have a perfect telephone), its only a tick!

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? It helps me to organize my phone contacts and system, including sorting through voicemails and finding contacts quickly
