What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The Jive team is always straight forward and tries to come to a solution as quickly as possible. They also communicate openly about technical issues and send regular status updates on the progress. Any time we have questions they are willing to help and are very patient, even when we don't know the exact question that we need answered.
