What do you like best about GoTo Connect? very user friendly, calls are very clear, admin portal is easy to understand, like being able to change things as i need to, customer service is wonderful and always helpful, like how you can change your screen picture, all options are very useful

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The support on their actual VOIP product is great for helping set up. Even when you need help making setup changed after initial setup.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? There are not too many buttons. Everything is labeled nicely, so you know exactly what you are doing. It is easy to make calls. You can also message on it.

"Great phone and communications system, but still needs some fine tuning"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? It is nice to have all the communications unified under one interface. We previously used a Mitel on premises solution and we were limited by what it could do and how we could expand it. There was no unified communications component of it and we were stuck with 10 year old technology, and the only way to improve it was to do a forklift upgrade to a new on premises solution. "Great Product in the Making"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? What I like best about GoToConnect is the ease of usability. Age range or comfortability with computers isn't an issue - the software is very user-friendly and streamlined. Even when we first implemented GoToConnect, the training process was an easy one. Also, the customer support is excellent almost every time I need them. Never long hold-times and I also get the answer I need - it's so easy.
