What do you like best about GoTo Connect? We really love the flexibility and control we have over our phone system. The dial plans and scheduling are easy to use and intuitively designed. They also have an iPhone and Android apps (and Mac and web apps) which allow you to take your calls from just about anywhere with a strong Wi-Fi or cell signal. When the pandemic hit, we had absolutely no downtime with our communications thanks to GoToConnect.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? More desk space, no cluncky desk phone or tangles wires! The mobile app is awesome! I can answer, transfer calls, return calls from anywhere using my cell phone and it reveals only my office phone number. Plus, it does not use my cellphone data or minutes. The call log/Activity reporting is very important for me because I work in a law firm and we bill time. It is nice to be able to go back to your call log to determine the duration of the call when ...

The thing that I appreciate the most about GoTo's systems is that it's easy to use and configure, while also being both reliable and mobile, as all you need is a stable internet connection, and you can answer and make calls from the business number from any regular phone or PC with just the app.
