"Great platform for internal and external communication"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I really like the ease of use and the hassle-free interface. We use GoToConnect as our phone service, GoToMeeting as a means of both internal team communication and for sales presentations, customer support and training with our clients, and GoToWebinar for hosting live and pre-recorded presentations. All of the solutions in the GoTo suite work seamlessly together and have given us a reliable, cost-effective communication solution for years.

"Works great!"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? What I like best about GoTo Connect is the fact that I can use the mobile app on cell phone and answer and make calls hands-free using a Bluetooth headset. This allows me to answer calls on our office number as well as my personal cell phone using the same headset.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? We originally used Jive Communications, which was acquired by LogMeIn / GoTo. I cannot speak to the ease of a new deployment at present, but before the buyout, it was easy enough to transition from our previous provider to Jive. The issues we did have were entirely on the previous provider dragging their feet on releasing the phone numbers.
