What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I love the ability of the phones and software and interface that make taking and receiving calls very easily. Reliable and just plain amazing

"Worst Softphone on the market!"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? This company is overall the worst Softphone company but if I had to pick the part of it that works better than the rest it would be the cell phone application. But it only works about 80% of the time. Which for a business is not a very good success rate. We need to be able to communicate between our clients, staff and vendors at all times.

"The application is very easy to use."
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The texting functions, user interface, the connection is very reliable and I have never had any issues. The phone application is also very easy to use and I highly recommend the phone app. I use the iPhone app.

"Thank goodness we had this service set up before covid!"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? We set-up this service right before covid hit. This allowed us to continue operating during 'shut down' and kept our company thriving. It's nice not having desk phones / hardware as well. I've had not issues with the set-up and would highly recommend.
