What do you like best about GoTo Connect? It is a super easy app with a drag-and-drop visual dial plan editor. I liked the concept that you need one tool for communication. Video conferencing is the best feature of this application; other than that, it also has custom features, hot desking, call forwarding, etc.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Go To Connect's platform is very user friendly and rarely requires any techincal support. Working in Client Services, having a reliable connection system is very important when connecting with collegues and clients.

"Has a learning curve"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? First of all, GTC is fairly lightweight and easy to get started for attendees. They can use social logins and get started. The presenter side has a bit of a learning curve. Also, although it has multiple integrations, it has not as many integrations as Zoom. It has better pricing than Zoom.
