I like that you can keep your existing numbers (no need to purchase 800s etc.) and can work from right out of your browser; they also offer tons of phone options so, there are more intricate and more simplistic (thus cheaper) for smaller businesses with smaller needs. Because it's browser-based, it's easier to get good quality regardless of participants' connections.
