"GoTo Connect (formerly Jive) is a powerful VOIP solution with call center features and more."
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The graphical dial plan designer/editor makes it very easy to build and modify complex call trees. Furthermore, the ability to have multiple dial plans that can be switched in seconds makes it great for fast Incident Response/Disaster Recovery. You can secure administration to only specific subnets or VPNs. It has a smartphone app that allows you to use the "follow me" feature, which is very helpful. Free faxing via email is an added benefit.
