What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I can call and get my issue resolved, but they will also let me know how to do certain things. The manual is so long, but I get an answer quickly with the email/phone option.

"Affordable Service with great customer service."
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I like that we are able to create out own voicemail and set our hours the same as business hours. If we missed a call they send us an email with the customer's message.
