"Great Value"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Great phones and great phone service. Easy to use internet-based management system. Great customer service support when needed. We saved significantly over our prior phone system provider, who, incidentally, was our local internet service provider. There is even an app on my personal cellphone allowing interface with office phone - so can easily receive office calls remotly on my cellphone.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I like the ease of using the system, and that every thing can be customized and edited online through GoTo connect website. And in case of help needed, customer service reps are always available and happy to help.

"GoTo is my Go to!"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I recently liked how the update allows for an easier access to the favorite list and an easier process for calling and receiving vaoicemails.

"Concept is great but not User Friendly or Reliable as I'd like"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Cost is a big factor - we were able to get the features we needed at a good Cost. Also, the interface from an admin perspective is very intuitive.

"Overall good, phone is nicely equipped"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I am the secretary, so the new phones that we were getting when we were talking about using GoTo were important to me. The phone has a lot of features that are handy that our old system didn't have. I like that numbers can be pre-programed to call quickly, that you can have conference calls, and that we can send a call to a cell phone. I also like that it links to Redtail and pulls a client profile up for me, that's awesome.

"Great software"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Visibility, caller ID, keeps you connected. I love the ability to be mobile and have the app on my phone and know who is calling and when. I also like the ability to receive emails of transcribed voice messages.
