"Convenient and cost effective, but frustrating"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? In the few of months I have been using GoToConect I love the convenience of having my work phone with me via the Andriod app and being able to flip a call quickly and silently to the softphone without the other party knowing. The flexibility and ability to set up how calls are handled is amazing and much easier to use that the previous system we had which cost 5 times as much.

"I get reliable service, great flexibility, and good support with GoTo Connect!"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I love the flexibility that GoTo offers me. I can make almost any change to my phone configuration imaginable through the easy-to-use admin portal. Having the ability to make changes to my phone system on the fly without contacting an outside phone administrator has been a significant benefit over my previous provider.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to work with. I enjoyed working with the goto team when I initially set up. I was able to get both of my offices connected seamlessly within minutes of receiving our handsets.
