What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Our group of three dealerships needed a VOIP solution that would allow us to adjust and make edits independently without contacting our IT company. We can make quick adjustments, add/remove employees so no call is missed. The ability to track phone calls and listen to conversations regarding customer satisfaction is a godsend.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? GoTo was straightforward to get set up with. The platform is very user-friendly, and the quality of the service is second to none. We initially worked with Microsoft Teams. However, this has been a better experience.
