What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The system is easy to understand and relatively easy to use. I also enjoy that improvements are continually happening and the goal is to make things better for the end user.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I was pleasantly surprised at how flexible and complete the system is and able to be self managed. The help videos are comprehensive and the staff very patient when you finally get through to them.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The ability to make a phone call from my computer is nice. Using the old school hardware phone is not easy to use. The softphone is much easier.

"Very good but not perfect"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? It is easy to use and has a friendly user interface. The sound quality is good, and being able to visualize a call plan is very convenient for making changes. I have only used one other phone system where I was the person receiving and transferring calls, and GoTo is much easier than the other one.

"Go To is quick and easy"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I like that it's easy and there are a lot of tutorials when I'm trying to figure out something. Their support is very helpful as well and they have helped me figure out many things.

"Excellent In Both Product And Service"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The GoTo Connect allows me to greet my callers with different messages during different times of a day. I set 10-5 as my working hours, and the caller will hear my company name and a greeting message. In other hours, my caller will hear my company name and my working hours and a greeting message. This function makes my voice communication sounds professional.
