What do you like best about Gorgias? The most helpful thing about Gorgias is the smart macros that help you save time in a myriad of ways: shave off minutes with auto-tagging, etc. etc! The possibilities are endless.

What do you like best about Gorgias? I like the ability to separate the views for different incoming enquiries and the ability to auto-close some tickets. The technical support is exceptional; the ability to chat to someone instantly from the team is beyond helpful and appreciated!
