What do you like best about Gorgias? Makes day-to-day ticket management simplified and easy to track what is happening + love that it integrates directly with Shopify. We switched over from Freshdesk and it solved all of our pain-points very well.

What do you like best about Gorgias? Ability to have customer messages from multiple sources come into one platform for processing. We are able to bring in Google Voice, ChannelReply/Amazon, social media tickets.

What do you like best about Gorgias? We love the seamless integration with Shopify and the other leading eCommerce apps. This allows our agents to work so much quicker and more efficiently straight in Gorgias without having to move back and forth between everything.

"Love this tool - and it's partner ecosystem"

What do you like best about Gorgias? Very user-friendly, and allows for unlimited users. I also love that they bought out my contract with Zendesk, so I was able to integrate it right away and start realizing the benefits.

What do you like best about Gorgias? All the integrations that seem to never end. Every quarter Gorgias is announcing new integrations to help all their clients with all the platforms we rely on. The Roadmap is a great community-driven way to take feedback and elevate the highest-demanded requests and prioritize upcoming additions.

"Im actually speechless, word cannot describe how grateful I am for Gorgias"

What do you like best about Gorgias? Im able to answer all my customer tickets so fast and organize them. So there is never an issue with unanswered tickets and it is all done so fast that my customers are really happy. Also it helps so much to be able to control everything with tags. For me the most important thing is being able to spend as little time as possible on customer service,
