"One stop shop for your CRM needs"

What do you like best about Gorgias? I think the best parts about Gorgias are that it allows you to handle every type of customer interaction there is (Well most) Social Media, Email, and calls, whereas other CRMs are limited and you have to use multiple tools for SM or Calls.

What do you like best about Gorgias? I haven't been using Gorgias for very long, but so far I find that it is very easy to jump into and very user friendly. I love that messages from different platforms can all come into it and be answered there (chat, email, etc.)
