What do you like best about Gorgias? Honestly everything is very helpful. Love that I can create tons of canned responses. My favorite is the 'Urgent' section to attend to these inquiries first.

What do you like best about Gorgias? I love the integrations it has with Shopify and the ability to create custom macro messages for repeat customer issues. Everything is right there on the screen, don't have to click around to different screens.

What do you like best about Gorgias? We love how you can integrate everything into one location. We no longer need to log into 7 platforms to talk to our customers but can do it all from one spot.
