What do you like best about Gorgias? The side menu that categorizes the variations of tickets (DM, email, text, live chat, etc.) is extremely helpful to have it all displayed on one page!

What do you like best about Gorgias? We really love being able to assist our customers via Instagram, Facebook and via email all in one place. It integrates with Shopify so we can see order information without having to change screens!
