What do you like best about Gorgias? The sidebar is very helpful as it gives you an overview of what your teams are working on and which channels are the busiest.

"My Gorgias Experience"
What do you like best about Gorgias? I have a few favourite features of Gorgias, some of which I never even knew were possible. Such as Integrations (especially with Shopify/Slack and FAQ's), the Macro function, being able to add emoji's next to categories such as social etc., the snooze functions and the help centre (which combines with our website FAQ's).

What do you like best about Gorgias? So many great tools and automation, just really unrefined on the execution. Think Apple Vs Android. Som many tools but raw and unrefined.

What do you like best about Gorgias? Most helpful would be the notifcations recived when a ticket is assigned to you. Being able to make edits to an order from a tickets is also very handy. I also love being able to see other platforms, for example yotpo and trustpilot in a view.
