What do you like best about Gorgias? I like how Gorgias is specifically designed for ecommerce merchants. The integration with Shopify enables me to provide excellent customer support in a seamless manner with leaving the ticket.

"Great tools, Lots of power, Under performing ...... But updates keep coming!"

What do you like best about Gorgias? So many great tools and automation, just really unrefined on the execution. Think Apple Vs Android. Som many tools but raw and unrefined.

"Really great to use. Love the amount of integration and easy platform crossing."

What do you like best about Gorgias? Most helpful would be the notifcations recived when a ticket is assigned to you. Being able to make edits to an order from a tickets is also very handy. I also love being able to see other platforms, for example yotpo and trustpilot in a view.

What do you like best about Gorgias? I have a few favourite features of Gorgias, some of which I never even knew were possible. Such as Integrations (especially with Shopify/Slack and FAQ's), the Macro function, being able to add emoji's next to categories such as social etc., the snooze functions and the help centre (which combines with our website FAQ's).

"Enjoying Gorgias"

What do you like best about Gorgias? Gorgias is super user friendly and trainable. It takes me 1 hour max to train an employee on the basics. Also the macro feature has become much more intuitive which is great.
