Google Sheets pros and cons
Google Sheets enables multiple users to edit and comment simultaneously, making it ideal for remote teams and cross-department projects.
With Gemini integration, users can generate formulas, detect patterns, and create visualizations quickly, reducing manual effort and errors.
It connects with tools like BigQuery, Looker, Salesforce, and Asana, allowing businesses to centralize and analyze data from multiple sources.
Accessible via web browsers, mobile apps, and offline mode, ensuring productivity from anywhere without interruptions.
Some advanced functions, such as complex macros or data modeling, remain more robust in Microsoft Excel.
Handling very large spreadsheets or millions of rows can lead to lagging and slower performance.

Great user-friendly product.
What do you like best? I like how easy and simple this product is. I have used google sheets often and it is perfect for putting together a quick budget or table. What do you dislike? It has less functionality than excel but that's one of the reasons why I choose one product over another. I wouldn't use this product every day for every project. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A simple budget with no bells and whistles that I ...

Can make good looking designs easily, as well as the other graph features from the data entered. Makes work a lot more streamline, and easy to share with collegues. What do you dislike? Sometimes giving access to other employees can be a bit of a task. It doesn't always allow you to share with certain people unless it is in the shared drive. What problems ...

Easy data sharing
What do you like best? Easy way to share data and other lists, while allowing others to contribute and edit in real time. What do you dislike? I find some of the filtering options not as robust as Excel, but that could just be my own limits. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems really. I like that the Sheets save information instantly and many can work in the same sheet at the same time.

Also that every change in the sheet is recorded with who and when the change was made. What do you dislike? This is not so much of a dislike but a learning curve for those who are use to other spreadsheet programs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for sharing data on the go
What do you like best? It’s great if you need to collaborate with others and edit together in real time. What do you dislike? It’s not user friendly as excel in terms of formulas and laying out data in a visually appealing way. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? In a collaborative work environment it’s great to all have access to the latest version of a document and be able to see the edits that have been made and by whom.

Google Sheets 2020 Review
What do you like best? When utilizing Google Sheets, i find that the most useful feature is the ability to allow for multiple users to edit the sheets simultaneously. This allows for multiple data manipulation and configuration when dealing with a report drawn from our DB. Additionally, the ease of online access through the drive makes it easier for peers to obtain and view the workbook without needing a communication sent out to them. The online capabilities of Sheets has made excel ...
