Using Gooddata with Zendesk Insights
What do you like best? Ability to create custom metrics and customized reports to fit my needs. Able to schedule recurring reports. What do you dislike? Dislike having to select desired fields instead of just typing them out. Recommendations to others considering the product: None What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pulling data on our Zendesk tickets. It helps to have recurring reports.

Great once you get the hang of it!
What do you like best? We primarily use Good Data within Zendesk, our customer support ticketing system. What is most helpful is all the different ways to manipulate and view the data. The upside is that Good Data's reporting has allowed me to analyze complex, specific data for our ticketing system. This information has helped us improve our processes such as ticketing goals, customer satisfaction, defining user needs, etc. We've saved on costs by utilizing the data we've been able to ...

Fantastic for filtering and interpreting data
What do you like best? GoodData has allowed us to build customized reports which help us review and analyze trends in our customer service department. This lets us develop more best practices and product updates to further enhance our user's experience. What do you dislike? Great tool to track metrics with!
What do you like best? The ability to customize reports to meet my business needs. I do also enjoy the graphing capabilities that are included with the tool. What do you dislike? Sometimes not as intuitive as I would like to get the data I need. I would rather that the tool be easier to use with drag and drop capabilities, the filtering is one area where I would like to see more informational popus. Previews of the data are limited but overall the functionality I need is there.
What do you like best? I like the ability to select the "How" and "What" separately, plus filters. What do you dislike? There is limited preview functionality when the report exceeds a certain number of columns. Generally good but a difficulty with a few foundational metrics.
What do you like best? Being able to look into the code of each metric. Being able to create metrics and filtering criteria. Pulling large data sets out via CSV. Being able to embed a link to the data and copy the data from that table if needed. What do you dislike? Not being able to create reports with "incompatible" metrics but being able to pull 2 reports then merge (so they are compatible). What do you like best? The layout and grafics. It is easy to creat a new report and manage them. What do you dislike?
