Good and reliable reporting tool Once you’ve passed the learning curve

What do you like best? The reliability of the platform and the straightforward navigation. What do you dislike? When building custom reports from scratch there’s little guidance and the learning curve can be steep. Especially if you don’t have/spend too much time on it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to give get a detailed view of my agents ZD tickets and get a better understanding of the workload balance.

Nice and easy to use good data analytics software. Used as Zendesk client.

What do you like best? Simple to learn and use. Good documentation. You can create your custom metrics with basic knowledge of SQL. Easy to schedule and download reports. What do you dislike? As Zendesk client in GoodData you don't have users management options. As well you can't build or create your custom connections, api etc. What problems are you solving with the product? Good for what it was but it wasn't all that

What do you like best? Its layout is quite simply and easy to use once you get used to it. Being able to drill into dashboards and tailor individual reports is a great way of getting to key insights quickly. What do you dislike? In some ways it's almost over simplified. Simple but not necessarily the most intuitive. It took me a bit to figure out how to get the most out of it. Good reporting software

What do you like best? GoodData was pretty easy to get up and running. It had plenty of out of the box reports for my data. What do you dislike? As with anything, creating your own metrics can be a little tedious. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are better understanding our customers and the interactions our support agents have with them.

Generally good but a difficulty with a few foundational metrics.

What do you like best? Being able to look into the code of each metric. Being able to create metrics and filtering criteria. Pulling large data sets out via CSV. Being able to embed a link to the data and copy the data from that table if needed. What do you dislike? Not being able to create reports with "incompatible" metrics but being able to pull 2 reports then merge (so they are compatible).
