I have been using GoodData since we started using Zendesk so I am familiar with this feature
What do you like best? I like the schedule report and manage reports features. We use them a lot to send out the weekly reports to our clients. What do you dislike? This is not user friendly, one needs to put a lot of efforts to understand how it works before you work on the report. Simple enough platform, but clunky interface.
What do you like best? Easy report building, drag and drop function for manipulating report/table is nice. It is very simple to understand how to slice the data when adding values. The dashboard creation function is somewhat straight forward with drag-and-drop report additions. What do you dislike? Clunky report filtering, custom metrics are exceedingly challenging. The report builder asks questions in ways that guide me as a user to getting exactly the information I want. What do you dislike? Great integrated solution!
What do you like best? It's easy to build reports and to find specific data. it's also a very nice way to share reports with our clientes What do you dislike? It would be good to build different views for the same reports, hiding some data What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nice and easy to use good data analytics software. Used as Zendesk client.
What do you like best? Simple to learn and use. Good documentation. You can create your custom metrics with basic knowledge of SQL. Easy to schedule and download reports. What do you dislike? As Zendesk client in GoodData you don't have users management options. As well you can't build or create your custom connections, api etc. What problems are you solving with the product?
