Fantastic Reporting Functionality

What do you like best? When GoodData came out, I was excited because the reporting options from before were complicated. The amount of predefined filters and reports made the use of the platform for reporting easier from the start. My experience with the user interface also added to my experience satisfaction because it was intuitive and formatted logically. What do you dislike? Easy to use

What do you like best? How easy it is to create a view and a report based on my needs. What do you dislike? The fact that I cannot add more fields of data under certain columns. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ticket count based on country and problems, it made it easier to collect such information.

What do you like best? It's easy to build reports and to find specific data. it's also a very nice way to share reports with our clientes What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the schedule report and manage reports features. We use them a lot to send out the weekly reports to our clients. What do you dislike? This is not user friendly, one needs to put a lot of efforts to understand how it works before you work on the report. Simple enough platform, but clunky interface.

What do you like best? Easy report building, drag and drop function for manipulating report/table is nice. It is very simple to understand how to slice the data when adding values. The dashboard creation function is somewhat straight forward with drag-and-drop report additions. What do you dislike? Clunky report filtering, custom metrics are exceedingly challenging. Exporting reports is also very complicated and produces very utilitarian and not visually appealing reports. Not ...

Using Gooddata with Zendesk Insights

What do you like best? Ability to create custom metrics and customized reports to fit my needs. Able to schedule recurring reports. What do you dislike? Dislike having to select desired fields instead of just typing them out. Recommendations to others considering the product: None What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pulling data on our Zendesk tickets. It helps to have recurring reports.

Previews of the data are limited but overall the functionality I need is there.

What do you like best? GoodData offers so many options for compiling reports and dashboards. The report builder asks questions in ways that guide me as a user to getting exactly the information I want. What do you dislike?
