What do you like best? It's simple and intuitive. Fast to learn. Onboarding someone onto gooddata and having them use them is quite easy. What do you dislike? We need more fields. Ex. What do you like best? When GoodData came out, I was excited because the reporting options from before were complicated. The amount of predefined filters and reports made the use of the platform for reporting easier from the start. What do you like best? Export format and different display options What do you dislike? Not being able to render results in the interface when there are a lot of results. Good reporting software

What do you like best? GoodData was pretty easy to get up and running. It had plenty of out of the box reports for my data. What do you dislike? As with anything, creating your own metrics can be a little tedious. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are better understanding our customers and the interactions our support agents have with them.

What do you like best? Its layout is quite simply and easy to use once you get used to it. Being able to drill into dashboards and tailor individual reports is a great way of getting to key insights quickly. What do you dislike? In some ways it's almost over simplified. A highly intutive product

What do you like best? It is super easy to use. Charts and other visual elements are easy to integrate. The layout for creating reports from scratch is super easy. What do you like best? How easy it is to create a view and a report based on my needs. What do you dislike? The fact that I cannot add more fields of data under certain columns.
