Pretty Good Data
What do you like best? GoodData pulls directly from the ticketing system we use and automatically pushes customizable updates to our team, as needed. This allows us to effortlessly keep an eye on individual performance without disrupting our daily workflow. What do you dislike? Information is only aggregated once a day, which leaves our information slightly outdated. Additionally, figuring out the best way to write new metrics is often time-consuming. A central portal for complicated ...

Good Data Review
What do you like best? The efficiencies that have been created by partnering up with Good Data. The team we have been working with designing the tool has been incredible and have always gone above and beyond. What do you dislike? It still seems like a new tool, especially for Social Media content. It seems like they are very advanced in certain areas, but there are still many limitations within the tool. They have taken many efforts to improve in these areas. What problems are you ...

Powerful tool with clean outputs
What do you like best? Like any BI tool, there is a learning curve with GoodData, however the GoodData learning curve was shorter and less painful than most. What do you dislike? The hardest things to swallow about GoodData is the price tag. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you've got the budget, GoodData will knock your socks off. It's an amazing tool, and the output is clean and easily digestible. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Fast results for small reports, but not ready for Enterprise yet
What do you like best? Their responsiveness to problems with the platform and their fast-pace of adding new features and increasing scalability. Also liked the simple UI and the powerful query language. What do you dislike? Typical Startup problems: Frequent breaking API changes, late communication of these changes, scalability issues. A missing native Java library implementation. Ok, this is a web service and the library is easy to build on your own but I'd expected a library or ...

Great source of truth
What do you like best? The ability to find any specific detail out of thousands of data points. The level of flexibility when creating reports is very impressive. It is relatively easy to create reports for whatever you wish to track over whatever period of time under whatever conditions. And once you delve into the MAQL side of things it becomes even more powerful. What do you dislike? Sometimes if you are doing calculations with the wrong type of data it will crash. Also, does not ...

Outstanding BI/Dashboard Solution
What do you like best? I am very pleased with the robust functionality GoodData provides and yet has a simple, intuitive design interface. The dashboard/bash aesthetics are very easy on the eyes and do no take away from the BI/functionality. There seems to be very little in terms of limitations and and limitation now could certainly be moot with upcoming releases. The cadence of the releases (~monthly) is very much appreciated. I also appreciate the ability to some advanced ...

Gooddata has helped my company create a very valuable BI solution for business facing analytics
What do you like best? Gooddata has a very intuitive data model. This supports the end user community in easily defining reports. From the design and enhancement point of view it is relatively easy to enhance the logical data model The ETL component Cloud connect (based upon open source Clover ETL) is a very intuitive and easy to use visual interface which supports very complex ETL workflows and has solidfunctionality. The UI model itself supports the definition of dashboards, reports and ...

GoodData for Zendesk
What do you like best? The thing I liked best about this software was the ease of initial use and various complexity of further features. It will help you create dashboards very easily and get the data you need out of your reporting system fairly simply. In using this product with Zendesk, I was able to create some really interesting dashboards my leadership team was able to use to get a pulse on the support side of the product. It also made creating ad hoc reports pretty easy, and I ...

The best tool for creating simple and flexible visualizations
What do you like best? It's incredibly powerful, but not intimidating. I can create complex, informative reports, while end users (many of whom are intimidated by "big data") can use Gooddata's intuitive, plain English user interface. What do you dislike? Gooddata's custom function language is powerful, but it still lacks some basic business formulas. There's a great support community that can help hack together what you need, but it would be better if these were baked in. ...
