GoodData For The Win!

What do you like best? GoodData is easy to use and completely customizable. It integrates well with our internal booking system. What do you dislike? It doesn't currently integrate with our phone system, but that's not something they have control over. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our company believes in transparency of data, so we allow all of our reps access to all the data.

What do you like best? I'm writing this review from the perspective of a non-IT user who configures reports and dashboards for the sales org. From this perspective, report and dashboard creation is great, once the data is already available within GoodData. What do you like best? Agility. I don't worry about which browser or device my customers are using to consumer their data, nor about what data source I want to bring to the platform, they handle it.
