My experience with GoodData is excellent!
What do you like best? It bridges the gap for reports that are trickier to define in Pardot. We have free text fields in our forms. In Pardot we would have to create any number of rules and actions to get a raw report that may not capture everything we want. GoodData gives a view into the fields and allows us to select what specifically applies and than further filter by other criteria. What do you dislike? good customer service
What do you like best? the process for collecting data requirements to ensure our needs were met was a very detailed process which i really liked. What do you dislike? the lack of clarity on how easy/difficult it would be to add data from a variety of data sets was not clear at the beginning of my work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we are trying to integrate several data sources together for easier reporting and analytics.

Quick and easy support analytics for our Zendesk system
What do you like best? I use the version of GoodData that comes free with a paid Zendesk account, so my only experience is in this environment. I find that GoodData can always provide the reports that I need, provided I have the appropriate metadata and fields in the ticket, and I really like the visual options. What do you dislike? Sometimes creating the exact report you need can be a bit tedious, even if it is a seemingly simple report. This could just be because I am on the bundled ...

Very powerful platform that produces beautiful visualizations.
What do you like best? Lots of great pre-built metrics out of the box. Building your own metrics is fairly intuitive, and extremely powerful. The final output is gorgeous! Love the separate "reports" which allow you to build specific metrics and a look and feel for different purposes or users. You can also present and share your data in a ton of different ways. GoodData is a powerful cloud-BI tool with great dashboarding.
What do you like best? GoodData is very robust and has strong dash boarding and data visualization. They do 2 releases a month as part of their agile development process, so the platform is constantly improving. What do you dislike? GoodData still have a lot of enterprise features that could be added to their solution to make it a good fit for a mid-sized enterprise.
