What do you like best? We are able to pull all data we need using existing metrics and also create new ones. Its easy to setup dashboard. Employes without much experience can easly use created reports. I find speed as a good advantage of this system comparing to some other solutions we used, as well as export and embed opportunities What do you dislike? Easy to use
What do you like best? Easy to use and able to find the data you need easily. What do you dislike? That is is going to be sunsetted. I appreciate the features. A powerful and easy to use tool
What do you like best? The thing I like most about gooddata is how intuitive it is to build a nuanced report, and construct dashboards. What do you dislike? Nice way to build dashboards and watch KPIs
What do you like best? I have used a lot of data management systems over the years. GoodData, linked to our Zendesk account, has provided a fairly simple way to collect customer data and report on our agents' performance. What do you dislike? Perfect insights for analysis
What do you like best? 1. The capability of GoodData to create reports with so many attributes. 2. Flexibility to drill down further on a report for detailed analysis. 3. A hassle-free tool and comprehensive source of data.
What do you like best? I can maneuver how my reports look like by creating a dashboard in Good Data. What do you dislike? I can't see any downside of it, it's real-time reporting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's amazing! It helps internal communication within the organization. Takes some time to learn how to use GoodData, but once it is learned it's easy to use.

Gets the job done
What do you like best? For the last 3 years I've been a constant user of GoodData with our Zendesk account. As a powerful tool it already is, one can access to all possible combination of details from tickets. I can personalize metrics and distribute reports easily to members of my organization. Mediocre Experience
What do you like best? I do like being able to build custom metrics, but it seems to handle large data amounts very poorly and will often just freeze instead of providing any useful error. What do you dislike? That the language used is proprietary which can be problematic when trying to find info to build metrics, also support is terrible. What do you like best? Customizable dashboards and reports that allow you to slice and dice data What do you dislike? Old looking UI and reports don't look very attractive Recommendations to others considering the product: GoodData will provide basic reports but the UI is clunky What problems are you solving with the product?
