Important Tool in Better Understanding Critical Business Metrics
What do you like best? GoodData has excellent integration with Zendesk (which is our primary use case). The integration is seamless and allows us to create custom reporting that brings attention to the areas of our business that we are needing to ensure are where we need them to be. What do you like best? MAQL, GoodData's querying language, is robust and terrific for those already exposed to SQL syntax. What do you dislike? Initial ease-of-use for setting up pipelines using ETL processes can feel tedious. In part this is due to the deprecation of CloudConnect and so there's a mix of old and new resources in GoodData's documentation. What do you like best? I like the metrics explorer and the ability to create custom metrics. Building dashboards with all of the pertinent data you need allows for easy trend analysis and reporting to leadership. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The SQL type language Good Data uses allows me the level of customization I need. The scheduling of reports has really streamlined the experience with stakeholders. At any given time I have over 100 custom reports with over 1000 custom metrics being distributed to 100s of individuals at multiple companies. Very easy to use and make dashboards
What do you like best? The ease of making a report and then making a dashboard which can be automated. Due to this we have made hourly dashboards which tell us the trends in the tickets thus helping us reduce tickets, increase CSAT and increase efficiency What do you dislike? Love the ability to customize, but integration and metric availability is a small downfall.
What do you like best? I love the ability to customize metrics and reports. I did have quite a few issues at the beginning of my reporting, but with time, I have developed the knowledge and skill to function easily in the program.
