Good Data providing good support
What do you like best? Very user friendly to create custom metrics and to generate data insights and email scheduler is good part. What do you dislike? One suggestion attribute restriction has to be revoked. Recommendations to others considering the product: Suggest to others What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Custom metrics impacted to improve processes.

Good experience

Easy to use BI tool that integrates with various saas tools
What do you like best? Great documentation, great interactions with their support team, reliable integration to Zendesk, reliable data, easy to build custom reports/metrics and dashboards. I guess once you get hooked on using GoodData, there is no turning back. My company actually also uses a different Analytics tool company wide to pull data from all sorts of tools we are using but I've been resistant to using that because it's nothing compared to the ease of use of GoodData. Great Tool
What do you like best? How quick it is able to display my data and the manipulation What do you dislike? No way to filter tags through "is not". Chart visualization not good What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Data trends and filtering out specific variables

Works but UI takes a little getting used to
What do you like best? Graphs look great. Easy to read, easy to throw together once you get the hang of it. What do you dislike? UI is somewhat dated now. Hard to see text in the narrow columns so it can be hard to select the right field. The What How etc is very unclear to a new user. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reporting on CX KPIs. Definitely have an "at-a-glance" idea of what's going on with our products and our support team.

GoodData: Simple and Good.
What do you like best? The most helpful part of GoodData is the ability to quickly hop into the platform and generate a report that I can export and schedule for my team. I like that I had the ability to create a link that I could send to my team members. There were some great upsides in how it connected seamlessly with ZenDesk and being able to quickly export. Powerfully customizable
What do you like best? Flexibility allowing the creation of custom metrics What do you dislike? no ability to drag and drop to sort the graphs Cannot email reports to non-Zendesk admins Recommendations to others considering the product: SQL knowledge and patience What problems are you solving with the product? Super powerfull but complex
What do you like best? The amount of query that are possible to do and the freedom of beign able to write your own What do you dislike? the complexity, the UI is klonky, having too many choices of query is a good and a bad thing Recommendations to others considering the product: stick with it even if it's complex What problems are you solving with the product? Overall the experience has been positive it has been a helpful tool
What do you like best? The ease of creating dashboards and reports What do you dislike? the multi levels to get to the actual reports What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer satisfaction. With good reporting your able be better able to mange staff efficiently and ensure customers are happy.

Flexible in some ways, not in others
What do you like best? Having all the variables available when building custom metrics is good. What do you dislike? Customizing the visualization is a bit annoying and not flexible when you start displaying more than one metric on a graph. Recommendations to others considering the product: Read the documentation What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it for team metrics as it is very customizable
