GoodData is good but can be improved
What do you like best? It is easy to use this program. Very nice! What do you dislike? it takes forever for the site to load when switching to different reports/pages. Recommendations to others considering the product: n/a What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? i am able to use gooddata to track team KPIs and historical ticket data.

GoodData it is an excellent tool to manage your data and drive decisions based on it.
What do you like best? The tools allow you to create a huge number of reports and dashboards based on your team needs. It's very easy to use and if by any chance you don't know how to do something Zendesk has an amazing help center that can answer almost all your questions. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ever since we implemented the automated reporting provided by GoodData, our team has grown in self-service best practices that have allowed them to provide a better experience to our customers. GoodData has good data.
What do you like best? GoodData is very flexible yet easy to understand and work with. What do you dislike? There isn't much that I don't like about the app. It really does everything it needs to. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make it easier to piece together custom reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? GoodData is easy to use and has a metric for everything we need
What do you like best? GoodData is pretty intuitive and has always been easy to use, whether I am looking at qualitative or quantitative data. The dashboards are clean and can be customized for any data need. The dashboards and reports sections are great for what I need to see - you can either look at pre-made categories or create your own folders for easy finding of metrics that you create on your own or use often. What do you like best? It is customisable where you can create your own custom matrics. Its got plenty of built-in reports. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easily setup a report by choosing What, How and Filters! What do you dislike? It is hard to compare different date data sets. Tickets Created vs. Tickets Solved will not use the same dates rather it handles them as two distinct data sets thus forcing two charts where one is desired.
