What do you like best? I like how easy it is to create a new report. It's straight forward in how each category is set up and what metrics are listed under each cateogry makes sense. What do you dislike? It's hard to find and filter reports. Our team is unfamiliar with best steps on saving each report into a perspective folder, so we often find ourselves using the All folder for reports.
