What do you like best? It's good that you can use all the different metrics and "play" with them in order to create whatever report you want and like. There are many filters which can help you sort exactly the results you want to see and also the system proactively tells you if it's impossible to use a certain metric if you have chosen a specific type of report. Very flexible BI solution with limited visualization

What do you like best? It's easy to create simple charts - the wizard is quite simple to use What do you dislike? Complex metrics are hard to set. Also the visualization is lacking. What do you like best? Easy to generate reports and adding custom variables. What do you dislike? I did find that there was some quirkiness with the way that dates could be selected. Seemingly creating reports with the sames dates could occasionally have minor differences. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We created data dashboards that housed custom built reports. I could view all KPIs in a single, clean place.

We mainly use it as a backup for Zendesk data.

What do you like best? The access to all Zendesk fields is a huge plus. There is thoughtfulness in the premade dashboards. Also, it is intuitive to figure out how to create your own reports. Overall, the reports are accurate since the data from Zendesk comes straight from the source. Also, while the reports are slow to load at times, they usually don't break and do load eventually. Good Data / Zendesk Insights - Nice! But a but limiting.

What do you like best? The ability to create custom metrics and drill-in reports are my favorite features. I've only used GoodData via Zendesk Insights, though, so my view may be a bit limited. What do you dislike? Dashboards take too long to load and often require a page refresh to properly display data. Not being able to just type in MQL for custom metrics is really annoying and adds additional time to metric creation. Also, only updating hourly (or worse if not on Zendesk ...

What do you like best? I like the ability to slice your data using various custom fields, if you're really efficient about how you use these your reports will tell you a lot. What do you dislike? it can be tough to get the right combination of metrics & attributes, if you mess up one selection your whole report is screwed up and it's hard to figure out which one is the problem.
