An all round reliable reporting product

What do you like best? GoodData is a simple to use reporting tool which allows us to build accurate custom reports. Building custom metrics on top of the reports and dashboards in a timely and accurate manner is the main positive of the tool. The tool is also very reliable with minimal downtime. GoodData is a powerful tool, but it's not intuitive to use. Usability is a bit complex.

What do you like best? GoodData is a very powerful tool. Dashboards for each product, performance reports, everything from one place. Emailing is very helpful, you don't have to login every time. What do you dislike? It takes forever to generate the report. The data processing is super slow. This makes me crazy sometimes. Easy to use once you understand the metrics and attributes well

What do you like best? It is possible to create any type of custom metrics to meet the needs. What do you dislike? Custom Metric once created can't be edited or deleted. This makes it difficult to manage the huge list of metrics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We create custom reports to measure the performance of our function and it helps us gets all the required reports in place.

Great reporting tool that you can quickly use to get the insight you need

What do you like best? This tool is quick and easy to use unlike the Explore option in Zendesk where you must create each metric separately. It is easy to create dashboards or reports that are auto generated and scheduled to be sent What do you dislike? What do you like best? GoodData is extremely customizable and allows you to pull most of your data. I used it in conjecture with Zendesk. What do you dislike? It can be overly complicated if you are new to data reporting. The UI can be challenging until you fully understand it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used it to report upon our Support Metrics.

Makes sense once you gain competence

What do you like best? Now that I know my way around Gooddata, I can quickly build reports with ease and understand the best ways to visualize the data. The format is simple: What, How and Filters.
