"Easy to use & low commissions"
What do you like best about GoCardless? The ease of use for us and also for our clients to sign-up. The payout is standard so not a concern. The fees are acceptable for us (a small business) to absorb compared to other credit card payment portals. What do you dislike about GoCardless? The integration with Xero (Gocardless for Xero) could be better. For example, I want to auto debit certain repeating invoices while leaving others for manual payments, which many of our clients prefer as we ...

"Changed the way we work"
What do you like best about GoCardless? Before GoCardless we were chasing customers payments and now all of our payments are made on time every time. We dont even have to check if a customer has paid as the system informs us of each collection and each failed collection (Which is a very rare occurrence) The integration with our accounting software is a real time saver too as it automatically marks invoices as paid and reconciles the bank transactions for us. What do you dislike about ...

"Absolutely the best thing we've done!"
What do you like best about GoCardless? Totally seamless integration with Xero, means we can now provide DirectDebit as a payment method to customers at checkout, and push them to sign up. The instalment feature on top is a total winner and we are seeing customers purchasing up to 200% more value knowing they can spread the payments over instalments. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Nothing yet - altho the SSO from xero / gocardless / gocardless for xero could be smoother - too many ...

"Every business should use Go Cardless"
What do you like best about GoCardless? It is so easy to set up new customers. Just email them the link. No paper mandates to be signed. What do you dislike about GoCardless? I have to manually reconcile a small part of things on Xero in the bank account section. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Knowing that due dates will be real makes a great difference. If someone bounces a DD (I ihaven't had that happen yet) you get early warning that a client may be ...

"Almost perfect"
What do you like best about GoCardless? The link to Xero accounting software and how easy it is to use What do you dislike about GoCardless? The Money takes to long to hit the account, it does not need to take 7/8 days Recommendations to others considering GoCardless: A very simple way to make your clients (and your company) have an easy way to pay and receive from invoices. If you do a lot of invoices this is a very good solution! Especially when integrated with an accounting/invoice ...

"The missing payment platform for ALL b2b businesses"
What do you like best about GoCardless? We often find client's struggle to get approval for card payments for our hosting plans. We also find that company cards are very unreliable, people often move out of the company before the card has a chance to expire. With GoCardless we can set up a robust payment methods between accounting departments, quickly and easily. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Until recently, we struggled slightly with overseas clients. There is a good range of ...
